Business Services Manager
The candidate will provide guidance and direction to Firm Leadership in all areas, the development and implementation of competitive and market-driven human resources best practices. Compare HR laws to current policies and procedures, draft templates for HR documents and work with other members of the Talent Department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Prepare employee full compensation and benefits statements. Should have degree in HR related field, experience with labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations, experience working in a busy and successful HR department. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field is required. Should have 4-5 years’ experience in the Human Resources leadership. SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI certifications is highly desired. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like ADP is required.
