Description
The Director, Experience Strategy & Transformation enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that will positively impact our customers. The Director, Experience Strategy & Transformation requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
Responsibilities
The Director, Experience Strategy & Transformation leads transformations and experience improvement development for an unconventional healthcare consumer experience that will drive the future vision of the company's core businesses. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8 or more years of Strategy and Transformation in Consumer Experience
5 or more years of management experience
Proven ability to create a vision for design and deliver on it, and success in driving change in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and other key partners to drive results
Prior experience working in a consumer centric company
Progressive business and financial analytics experience with a focus on business and execution strategies
Demonstrated capability leading teams
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting
MBA
