Duties

• Represent clients in family law litigation, including divorce and custody cases.

• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials in Utah state courts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing practical legal guidance.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants for timely case management.
• Develop case strategies and manage deadlines from intake to resolution.

Requirements

• Active Utah Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in Utah.
• Strong knowledge of Utah Code Title 30 and local court practices.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to client service and ethical representation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
