Duties:

• Manage and expand a moderate portable book of business.
• Practice civil litigation, probate, and landlord-tenant law.
• Handle motions, discovery disputes, depositions, and court appearances.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals.
• Attend hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Maintain a strong professional reputation and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, probate, and landlord-tenant law.
• Moderate portable book of business.
• Strong academic and excellent professional credentials.
• Knowledge of Civil/Probate/Landlord-Tenant law is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
