Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support on privacy, cybersecurity, and technology-related issues.
• Handle various regulatory matters, including compliance counseling and government investigations.
• Participate in related litigation matters, bringing substantive legal expertise to the team.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of legal experience, focusing on privacy, cybersecurity, and/or technology company matters.
• 3-7 years of substantive experience at a leading law firm.
• Strong academic credentials, including a law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity, and technology laws and regulations.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
