Duties

• Provide legal services in the field of intellectual property law.
• Advise clients on IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Draft, file, and prosecute intellectual property applications.
• Assist clients with IP strategy, litigation, and transactional matters.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on high-profile, strategic global matters.

Requirements

• Prior experience in intellectual property law.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and other attorneys on complex IP issues.
• Experience handling IP litigation, prosecution, or transactional matters is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong understanding of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
