Duties

• Prepare estate documents such as wills, trusts, and advanced directives
• Prepare and file court documents
• Counsel clients on the implications of different estate planning tools
• Assist clients with estate and trust administration
• Attend necessary court hearings
• Organize and maintain client files
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 0-3 years of associate experience
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Professional, courteous, and responsive, especially with elderly clients and court-appointed professionals

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida or pending bar results
