Location:

• St. Cloud, MN

Duties:

• Represent clients in medical malpractice insurance defense and litigation matters

• Handle cases from initial investigation through trial

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding case strategies

• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members

• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts

• Perform legal research and analysis of relevant case law

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation

• Strong trial experience and litigation skills

• Ability to manage cases independently and effectively

• Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills

• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Experience in additional areas of defense litigation is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership (MN bar preferred)

Skills:

• Strong trial and litigation experience

• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
