The candidate will be working primarily on consumer and commercial collection matters. Will be managing cases from inception to completion, reviewing court pleadings, and court attendance. Bachelor’s Degree with Juris Doctorate required. Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred. Admission to practice law in the state of Florida preferred but not a requirement. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
