Duties

• Utilize Clio workflows, RingCentral logging, and Google Cloud for discovery management.
• Engage in AI-assisted discovery analysis and case research.
• Exercise judgment in client meetings and escalate strategically.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, clerks, and staff.

Requirements

• JD and licensed in Colorado (or bar results pending).
• 0-3 years of litigation, clerkship, or criminal defense/prosecution experience.
• Confidence in the courtroom and willingness to engage quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and direct communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases without losing focus.
• Systems-oriented mindset.
• No pending disciplinary proceedings or prior findings of misconduct.

Education

• Doctorate Degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado

Skills

• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Trial experience or willingness to go to trial.
