Senior Associate, Business Tax Services - Private Enterprise

The candidate will provide tax compliance and advisory services to owners and senior executives of the company's private client base which focuses on ultra-high net worth individual, trust and estate clients. Prepare complex individual income, gift, trust and estate tax returns for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and Family Offices. Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects. Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high-quality tax service and advice. Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm. Should have a Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university. Must have 2+ years of ultra-high net worth individual and/or trust and estate tax experience in an accounting firm and/or law firm. Deep experience with individual income tax and/or gift tax, estate tax and trust taxation is required. Multi-generational estate planning experience is a plus. Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams is needed.
