The candidate will be responsible for: Reconciling several high volume bank accounts including attorney trust accounts. Overseeing staff including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing. Ability to manage a high volume department with strict adherence to client requirements and procedures. Ensure adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Must have Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting. Should have 5+ years of overall accounting experience and management experience. Must have ability to manage staff in a manner that fosters collaboration and maximum productivity. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational chart.
