• At least four years of benefits and compensation experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills.
• Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility to obtain it.
• Top academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
