Profile

A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney in Massachusetts to represent employer clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, delivering strategic advocacy from case inception through resolution.

Duties

• Advocate for employer clients in litigation matters before courts, the EEOC, NLRB, MCAD, and arbitration panels.

• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and position statements.

• Manage labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and related negotiations.

• Provide practical counsel on compliance with federal and state labor and employment statutes.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of management-side labor and employment experience.

• Demonstrated success in court, agency, and arbitration advocacy.

• Proven client service record with strong case management abilities.

• Experience researching and drafting motions, briefs, and regulatory filings.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
