A law firm seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate in Tampa, FL. This role offers an opportunity to engage with sophisticated clients in the dynamic data center and energy sectors. The candidate will work on drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, work letters, and SNDAs.
• Address development issues related to power, water, and fiber-optic infrastructure.
• Collaborate on zoning, entitlements, and permit processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of development issues.
• Experience in Am Law 100 firm preferred.
