Duties

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage matters, deadlines, and client communication proactively.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice in WA and in good standing with the bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Interest in insurance coverage and litigation matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
