Duties

• Manage and handle civil litigation cases effectively.
• Participate in trial or arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct depositions and argue motions and appeals.
• Utilize case management and billing programs.
• Engage in research, writing, and verbal communication tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana and/or Mississippi preferred.
• Experience in both state and federal courts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Louisiana and/or Mississippi preferred.

Skills

• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
