A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney Manager in San Antonio, TX, to lead a team of trial attorneys and legal staff. This role involves directing and supervising 4-6 attorneys through all stages of case development, focusing on personal injury litigation.

Duties

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4-6 attorneys and support staff.
• Ensure thorough case development from intake through trial or resolution.
• Oversee client meetings, strategy discussions, and case evaluations.
• Draft and send demand letters; negotiate settlements.
• File lawsuits and manage litigation processes.
• Issue and respond to written discovery; review medical records.
• Conduct motion practice and court hearings.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions; prepare for trial or settlement.
• Supervise cases to ensure timely completion and high-quality work.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation, and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license required; Texas Bar license preferred.
