Healthcare – Associate

The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor. Should have 2-6 years’ experience in Healthcare or litigation. Should possess a strong academic background including law review/journal, a proven track record of high performance and measurable results, and an eagerness to assume elevated responsibility in a diverse and fast-paced working environment. Experience with depositions, dispositive motions, court hearings, and trials is a plus. Should be admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly). Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills are needed. Experience representing healthcare providers are preferred. Expertise with insurance, managed care or other transactional experience is essential.
