Duties

• Strategically litigate personal injury cases and manage case files.
• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and legal documents.
• Prepare and conduct depositions for percipient and expert witnesses.
• Argue motion and opposition hearings both remotely and in court.
• Draft mediation briefs and participate in settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and valuations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and discuss developments.
• Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials.
• Manage and guide litigation assistants and paralegals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 5+ years of personal injury attorney experience required.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
