Assistant Solicitor

The candidate will work within the State’s only five-circuit judicial circuit. Newly licensed attorneys and third-year law students are encouraged to apply. Must be able to work as part of a team, be organized, exercise sound judgment, be able to prioritize workload and assignments, and possess excellent communication skills. Must have already graduated from an accredited law school or anticipate graduation in 2022. Must already be admitted to the practice of law before the courts of record in South Carolina or anticipate Bar admission in 2022. The sworn attorney must be an active member of the Bar and in good standing with the South Carolina Supreme Court.
Applications for 2022 will be accepted starting in December. 1, 2021.
