Duties

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, depositary agreements, and note purchase agreements.
• Review and draft commercial project documents.
• Advise on financing, acquisition, and development of complex projects in the renewable and conventional energy sectors.

Requirements

• Two to six years of debt finance experience at a leading law firm.
• Experience in energy and infrastructure finance preferred.
• Background in acquisition finance is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
