Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide candid advice and communicate effectively with clients.
• Prior landlord-tenant experience preferred but not essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
