• Represent clients in probate court, including hearings and estate administration proceedings

• Advise clients on estate-related legal issues and strategies

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence

• Work collaboratively with paralegals and other attorneys in a team-based structure

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of probate laws and regulations in Texas

Requirements:

• Experience handling probate and estate planning matters

• Strong knowledge of Texas probate law and court procedures

• Proficient in managing a high-volume caseload with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Adept at using legal research tools and case management systems

• Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
