Litigation Case Manager
The candidate will collaborate with the managing partner and the quality assurance team to track a large volume of insurance defense cases. A strong understanding of legal database management is needed. Must have 3+ years of experience in a large law firm setting, insurance company or in project management. Degree/Paralegal Certificate not required but preferred. Excellent working knowledge of Concordance including building databases, loading and manipulating data. Expert proficiency using Excel software. Proficiency with PowerPoint a plus. Accounting background, experience desirable. An analytical mindset and approach is required. Should have ability to multi-task a wide variety of duties and complete them in a timely fashion. Ability to work on repetitive tasks for a long period of time, reading, extracting, summarizing information from status reports and updating the database.
