Duties

• Lead a family-law caseload including divorce, custody, support, and protection orders.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and try cases when necessary.
• Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel, managing deadlines and strategy.
• Utilize Clio and standardized playbooks to ensure quality and consistency in client experience.
• Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and operations team.

Requirements

• J.D. and active Wyoming bar license in good standing.
• Approximately 2-5 years of post-bar experience; family-law experience preferred.
• Courtroom confidence, clear writing, client empathy, and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable with technology and structured workflows.
• Spanish proficiency and mediation/collaboration training are advantageous.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

• Active Wyoming Bar Licensure
