Job Overview:

The Finance Corporate Associate Attorney will primarily focus on corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in this field.

Duties:

• Draft loan, security, inter-creditor, and related documents for various financial transactions.
• Provide advice on covenant compliance and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists involved in finance transactions.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient execution of financial transactions.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance and/or commercial finance transactions.
• Experience working with financial institutions and borrowers is preferred.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Superior academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission.
