• Manage business acquisition and sale transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation

• Establish and maintain business entities such as LLCs, corporations, and partnerships

• Draft and revise organizational and governance documents

• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate structuring

• Provide strategic guidance to clients on corporate compliance and governance issues

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters with attention to detail

• Strong legal research and drafting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to living and practicing law in Central Illinois

• Admission to the Illinois Bar or intention to seek admission upon graduation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active membership (or pending admission) to the Illinois Bar
