Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking a transactional attorney for its New York City office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in corporate and real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on M&A and commercial leasing matters.  

The practice group regularly counsels clients on the intricacies of commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and leasing matters throughout the country and on behalf of international clients, particularly from Canada. The firm's experience includes preparing and negotiating purchase and sale contracts and commercial leases, and advising on real estate brokerage contracts, construction agreements, tax credits and other governmental incentives, environmental matters, real estate issues for mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate financing.
