The candidate will be responsible to prosecute crimes punishable by death or imprisonment for life, and represent the State on all criminal appeals in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the federal courts. In addition, the Bureau conducts investigations and initiates prosecutions in cases involving drug trafficking, financial crime, public integrity crime, and Medicaid fraud. The Bureau attorneys also assist in investigations involving the use of deadly force by police officers in the line of duty. Must have a Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school and be a member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar. Should have 2 years of prosecutorial experience.
