Duties

• Handle a significant volume of cases in creditor's rights.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Appear in court and travel as required.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in probate and mortgage default resolution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
