Entry Level Auditor

The candidate reviews and audits all breakdowns before client checks are written. Complies with required performance metrics. Understands medical correspondence and communicate with medical providers. Creates and/or maintains meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files. Analyzes and completes final settlement breakdowns. Meet deadlines. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report. Communicates with attorneys is required to complete audits when errors are discovered. Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree from accredited school is preferred. Experience with Salesforce software or other CRM system is required. Experience with a variety of office equipment is required. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Knowledge in auto insurance including property damage, bodily injury, liability, commercial, uninsured motorists and personal injury protection is required.
