Job Overview:
A law firm in Washington, NJ, seeks an Attorney to independently manage cases, devise strategies, and advocate for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, legal acumen, and the ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of organization and accountability.

Duties:

• Independently handle cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with courts, administrative offices, financial institutions, and clients.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments.
• Attend hearings and trials as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
• Energy, discipline, and self-motivation to excel in a home office environment.
• High level of organization and time management skills.
• Persistent, resourceful, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence and initiative to take ownership of case outcomes.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Mac/Apple, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and timekeeping software.

Certifications:

• Active license in Pennsylvania/New Jersey (additional State Bars in good standing are a bonus).
