The candidate's duties include : Shadow attorneys at court trials, depositions and mediations; Learn about the business and marketing aspects of law practice, such as obtaining and retaining clients; Interact with clients and potential clients at company and community networking events; Draft memos, briefs and pleadings; Collaborate with attorneys to write articles and legal alerts, and prepare presentations; Participate in client and firm practice group meetings; Attend legal trainings and CLEs.
