Duties

  • Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
  • Prepare clients for hearings and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.
  • Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Work closely with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.
  • Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
  • Help clients navigate one of the most important legal matters of their lives.

Requirements

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
  • Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
  • Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
