CCOR - Employee Conduct - Vice President Anti-Corruption Compliance Third Party Risk, Investigations and Violations

The candidate will be driving innovation and continued enhancement of the firm’s third party risk related controls, including through the implementation and execution of analytics driven monitoring. Will be acting as an SME point of escalation for questions and issues related to the firm’s Transaction Risk workstream, including assisting on post-M&A integration activities. Executing governance related to the Transaction Risk workstream, including driving the firm’s requirements regarding pre- and post-investment corruption risk mitigation and responsibility for associated program documentation. Providing advisory support in North America for transaction related requests, including reviewing joint venture, M&A and other transaction types for corruption risk. Assisting on Anti-Corruption advisory support provided by the Program to internal investigatory functions on issues touching on the Anti-Corruption Policy. Assisting with the Program’s policy violations program, including by: reviewing and developing violations scenarios; issuing violations; maintaining the case management tool used for violation issuance; and performing violation analysis and trending reviews. Assisting on other areas in the Program as needed, including the development and delivery of training and awareness, providing support for risk assessment reviews and handling advisory issues related to the Program’s other workstreams.
