Duties

• Represent lenders, private equity sponsors, and companies in lending transactions.

• Handle lines of credit, syndicated transactions, and direct lending.
• Engage in note purchase agreements and receivables financings.
• Participate in equipment and structured financings.

Requirements

• Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.

• Preference for candidates in New York or Washington DC, but open to other locations.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
