Duties

• Draft and negotiate documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Manage development transactions, purchases, sales, and leases.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence work.
• Close real estate transactions efficiently.
• Work directly with clients and manage client relationships.
• Oversee and support associates and paralegals as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Ability to handle transactions independently.
• Strong client management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
