Duties

• Draft and argue motions.
• Prepare mechanic and materialmen liens, bond claims, and related notices.
• Perform legal research and trial preparation.
• Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain accurate time records.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all licensed states.
• 2 to 6 years of litigation experience.
• Solid academic credentials.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Desire to grow with a busy practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
