Environmental Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in environmental, land use, and/or natural resources law. Litigation experience with environmental, land use, and/or natural resource issues; litigation experience in administrative proceedings or with regulatory compliance, including before regional, state, or federal agencies; Or, commercial litigation experience with one or more of the above. Should have excellent research and writing skills that can be deployed with the flexibility to meet internal and external client needs; good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance; strong intellectual curiosity; commitment to client service and team success; clerkship or externship with a federal appellate court, federal district court, or state appellate court (preferred)]; JD from an accredited university; and Active membership in or commitment to applying for the California State bar.
