Duties:

• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on employment-related matters.
• Assist with client development and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 4-6 years of experience in employment or complex litigation defense.
• Experience with class actions, traditional labor law, and employment counseling preferred.
• Strong academic credentials with Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship experience as a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
