Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in state, federal, and tribal courts.
• Engage in pre-suit negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of over 150 litigation attorneys.

Requirements

• At least one year of litigation or clerkship experience.
• Active Minnesota license or ability to become licensed by Fall 2027.
• Strong initiative and ambition.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Skills
