Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
• Manage due diligence, including title, survey, and lease review.
• Advise clients on transaction structures and close complex deals.
• Support leasing matters as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to practice law (New York preferred).
• 5-7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
