• Admission to the Maryland bar or eligibility through the UBE within one year.
• Understanding of Maryland and applicable professional responsibility rules.
• Superior writing and advocacy skills.
• Commitment to civil rights and employee rights.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland.
