The ideal candidate will leverage their legal expertise to manage and facilitate the foreclosure process for clients. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, from preparing legal documents to participating in hearings and mediations. Duties:

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings
• Regularly meet with clients and provide updates on case progress
• Assist with other duties and special projects as required

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate
• Dual Bar admission in DC/MD, with a good standing status
• Willingness to travel for court appearances within Maryland
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to resolve issues promptly
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and time management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the DC and Maryland Bar in good standing
