Duties

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in electrical or mechanical disciplines.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with inventors and in-house counsel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation and prosecution with an electrical or mechanical focus.
• U.S. residence and USPTO registration required.
• Experience with semiconductors or 5G technologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical writing skills and a collaborative approach.
• Motivation to grow professionally and provide exceptional client service.

Education

• B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
