Senior Patent Prosecution Agent

The candidate must have 10+ years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or medicine, with knowledge of the drug discovery and development processes. Experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry is required. USPTO registration is preferred.

Note: This is an 'as needed' Of Counsel position where telecommuting and flexible hours are available.
