Conduct litigation in court and at administrative hearings prepares legal documents, conduct legal research and investigation, advise clients, and other direct representation duties as assigned. Should have Arkansas State Bar admission or eligible for admission on motion. Should have experience responding to issues of poverty. Excellent legal writing skills and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable. Must have the ability to maintain good relationships with clients, co-workers, and the community, knowledge of basic computer operations and standard legal office computer practices, strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills, and effective oral and written communicative abilities.
