A law firm in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a diligent Foreclosure Associate Attorney to manage cases primarily focused on residential real estate litigation, mortgages, and transactional matters. The candidate will protect clients' interests in litigation proceedings, particularly in judicial foreclosure actions, while providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a commitment to the firm's core values.

Job Duties:

• Manage cases from inception to completion, with a primary emphasis on judicial foreclosure actions.
• Prepare analysis of cases and advise clients on strategies.
• Draft court pleadings and defense motions.
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
• 1 year of experience in the practice of law, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret client systems.
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseloads.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt to change and work as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree.

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
