The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration, with knowledge of relevant state and federal income and estate tax laws. This role supports attorneys in both Massachusetts and California.

Duties

• Draft complex estate plans.
• Prepare estate tax returns.
• Support attorneys in estate and trust administration.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in MA and/or CA preferred.
